Summer is ADVENTURE TIME on Jocassee,

which just happens to be our specialty this time of year. Even our Pontoon Tours are full of adventure, as we swim in cold, wild river pools and dive into a frolic of waterfalls. Our Kayak Tours are one of a kind this time of year, and like no other kayak tour you have ever experienced. Lots of stops for swimming, and we always take time to explore the upper reaches of one of the wild rivers that flow into Jocassee. Saving the best for last, or at least the most challenging and exciting, are our Adventure Tours. Dedicated to exploring the upper reaches of at least two of the several wild Jocassee rivers per outing, we spend little time in the boat. We’re up the rivers, so to speak, swimming in the cleanest, most pristine pools and waterfalls you’ve ever seen. Because of this, our Adventure Tours are carefully limited to only the young at heart. It’s not unusual for us to have aboard youngsters from 12 to, well, as old as you feel young. People are counseled to go as far as they like, then find a nice spot and enjoy your little peace of wilderness heaven. It is like no other summer day you have ever experienced. That’s a promise. ~B
