IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: WHERE TO PARK AND MEET
SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND HOLIDAYS
(PLEASE ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME)
Lake Jocassee has become a popular weekend destination, and the only way to get onto the lake is through Devils Fork State Park. EXPECT TO WAIT IN A LINE of cars at the park entrance on busy weekends, and expect to see park staff turning cars around to exit once the park is full.
To better service our guests, Jocassee Lake Tours has made arrangements to park cars on private property just outside the park boundaries, and WE WILL PROVIDE A SHUTTLE INTO THE PARK.
As part of this arrangement, VISITORS WILL STILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY THE PARK FEE of $5.00 per person. The park fee for seniors 65 and older and children 12 and younger is $3.25.
To make this work smoothly, PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PRIOR to tour departure time on Saturdays and Sundays. This will insure that everyone has time to use the park restroom facilities prior to getting on the boat.
